Returns & Refunds | ACE Club

Goods ordered via our website can be returned up to 14 days after the purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that it was dispatched. The buyer shall, unless otherwise stated, be responsible for the cost of the return carriage of all goods returned which shall also be at the risk of the buyer until actual receipt of the goods by Ace Club. Proof of return delivery will remain with the buyer. Artwork must be returned without any damage.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@aceclub.art
